"I love this watch! Good price too for its features! It fits very nicely in my smal wrist.
The only downside is the Nike + site. Its hard to find people or tracks to run here in Portugal."

"I am a soldier and running is another part of my job. we run for pt an average of 4 miles 3 days a week, and I run on my own an additional 3 miles 3 days a week. this watch helps me to keep a good pace and know how far I run (treadmills are not an option in the army). it also allows me to push myself on every run."

"The watch is great for tracking miles run. It has actually motivated me to run more. This is my second watch because the first one's back came undone and water/sweat got in it and killed it. This after 6 months use and everyday wear. Nike replaced it for free. I hope this one lasts a long time.
I would like to be able to edit runs especially witht he shoe pod. It doubled the distance I acutually on a coupe of runs. I wish it could be used for bicycling as well.

"Had to return my first watch when its uplink capability failed.
Replacement unit started to have same problems.
Now a couple weeks ago my watch started to fog up with each and every run so I no am doomed.
All that being said, like the features, but going to be tough to invest in another Nike/Tom Tom product."

"I bought the Nike Watch to train for running, but now I just use it for walks/runs. It picks up GPS signal really well and is great to track walks/runs around Des Moines. I really like the comfort of the watch and the display is large and easy to use. It includes the basics you need to get started; just sync it to your computer, get the app on your phone or ipod too!, charge it up and go run! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family that also run, which you can also add friends and see their progress and fuel points earned too!"

"This product is amazing in the fact that it is so customizable and any runner can display what is the most important to them. I like how I can change it suit my need for that individual workout that day. My favorite thing about this product is how motivational it is. It always gives me a nice message once I have finished and it keeps me accountable to my workouts by posting them to the website."

"Just bought my nike+ sportswatch with TomTom GPS. The GPS once outside work fairly quickly was able to track my run very accurately. I am big guy with large wrist and I wish the strap came a little longer. I am using the last strap attachment to secure my watch. I wish there was a way to sync it or pair it with my Ipod Nano 7th Gen. It is hard some times to activate the backlight and I have found out that tapping the screen work better at turning back light on."

"Do not buy this watch if you live in an area that has clouds. I am on my 3rd watch in ~6 months, the first got wet in heavy rain it and never worked after that, the second and now third do not pick up satellite if it is cloudy even with the shoe pod. It starts off picking up but drops after a fraction of a mile, I try restarting it but does the same thing. Today, a cloudy day, I restarted 4 times over 10 miles! it picked up about 2.5 miles of my 10 mile run. On a clear blue sky day it works ok."

"To start out I was a user of the Nike Sportband and loved it. It took me awhile to get it set and accurate but once I got it to that point it was pretty accurate for what I expected. Moving on to the Nike SportWatch, this product is less accurate than the Sportband. I have no idea how this is possible. Good luck getting GPS signal. I have read plenty of reviews about not getting signal in larger cities but I live outside a large city and have nothing in the way and it can take 15-20 mins to get signal. Wouldn't be a huge issue for me but you cannot adjust the watch for you stride like the Sportband. It is done off of the GPS, thought that would work. HAHA not even close. Using the Nike pod I have found running that it will read a 30 min mile pace when I run a 6 min pace and when I walk it will read a 7 min pace, and I don't walk that fast. Plain and simple this was not what I expected save your money there are others out there that do work."

Have you plugged the watch into the computer in a while? My coach has this watch and he has the same problem until he plugs it in.

"This watch is easy to use even while on the run, and it has many fun and useful training features. I am able to pace my runs which has helped my training more than I even imagined. The features like pace and distance keep me motivated and make training fun. The online features like mapping routes and the ability to comment on your run (what shoes you were wearing, the weather, etc.) are also fun, useful and motivating. I love this watch and have recommended it to others."

"The watch in and of itself is OK. But I bought the watch for the Nike+ website benefits and so far is has been nothing less than pure disappointment. Just do an internet search and you'll see the thousands and thousands of upset and disappointed users. Logging in is the first adventure you will face. Usually nothing happens, other times you will just keep cycling back to the same login page. Sometimes runs don't show up. And sometimes when they do they are not tallied to your overall distance which makes the leaderboard function of the site useless. The potential is great, but the reality makes me wish I never bought the watch. If you are buying this watch for anything other than a GPS capable watch PLEEASSSEEE do a internet search on the website issues first and see why you should avoid this product."

"This is the first GPS watch I've owned but not the first watch I've used. It's very easy to operate. I like to update the satellite information before running by connecting it to the computer so I can be sure it will connect fast. I start up the watch then I warm up and by the time I'm done warming up, it's ready to go.
I've had no problems with this watch. I also have a fuel band and the sensor."

"The watch is great for running. The GPS accuracy is actually pretty amazing. I've never had a GPS watch before, so I really do like this. The interactive application on Nike.com is great too, it keeps me more motivated to run than if I didn't have the watch.
The only downfall of the watch is that it is a bit bulky and isn't the most comfortable watch. It's definitely not an everyday kind of use watch, which I'm kind of disappointing about because of the price tag, but I bought it for the GPS not as an every day watch.
My only advice to Nike would be to try and make a slimmer version of this and is more comfortable. I was waiting for months for Nike to do this, but it never happened, so I bought it."

"I really bought it to sync all my data in one portable device, and no, a mobile is not portable wherever you attach it if you have to run a long milage... Even I hate if I have to bring my water on summer time, so, this watch really matched my expectations. It allow me to split my runs per mile, and this is also a feature I wanted and it is included. In black allows me to use it as watch if I don't have time to change it... (to sync the heart-rate you need the polar band and to add a better track and pace you need your sensor+ for shoes...) When you get a quicker connection to GPS, I know that people is used to mobile localization that is quite direct, although it gives less accuracy when running than this with a GPS, something that I really like from the watch but not to wait 30 seconds or 1 minute to localize me before running (Boston->snow...) thats the reason for only 4 stars. People told me it was not worthy, but I run with it every week and I can tell that is better than expected in all ways!!"

"The Nike Plus Sportwatch requires no learning curve whatsoever! It's easy to use, easy to read and the downloads are amazing. When you're done with your run, you'll have your running time, your heart rate (if using a heart monitor), your elevation, pace and route. It has helped me immensely while preparing to run my first half marathon. Be sure you calibrate the shoe insert (to your outside pace) if you are going to use it while running indoors on a treadmill. Other than that, put it on and go! I was disappointed that Nike was out of stock of any of the colored watches and only the black was available. Nike customer service was amazing and offered to locate one for me. I wish this watch was available with a slightly different profile to fit a small person's wrist, But I love this watch so much, the awkward fit will not stop me from wearing it!"

"it is good but takes too long to link. I literally had to walk around for about 5 minutes one day. It has to link every time. Not sure why it doesn't stay. It never linked inside a building just on the sensor.
Once it is connected, I love it! Just getting to that point is very frustrating."
