"I am a trainer and use it for various types of clients, as well as myself.
Sled drags: forward, backwards and lateral
Pulls and rows.
The one draw back is the weight limit.
One reviewer put olympic plates in it . . . it lists what apparatus to use for resistance and it is not built for olympic plates.

"I've had my sled for a few years. I chose to use jugs of water as opposed to bags of sand or weights. I can get 8 (1gal) jugs in it. I've truly worked this thing to death :-) I finally need a new one! Tip, do not transport sled with weight in it, it will pull from the foundation."
