"This is actually the second Nike Free I've bought. They've both been very worth it! I love the flexibility of the Nike Free. They are great of short or long distance running. I wear them almost every day. So far besides just wearing them because I love them and they're really comfortable, I've worn them riding bikes, running (on a track and on concrete), I've played soccer in them and hacky sacked. They are great all around trainning shoes!
I'd give them an A+ anyday!"

"Felt the same great flexibility as the old trainers (with the straps and the perforated leather over the bigtoe), but these just look like a mix between basketball and tennis shoes (i.e. tame). The old style looked significantly cooler, wish Nike would bring it back."

"these were decent shoes for about two weeks until the rubber inserts on the sole started tearing off. before that they were good but the toe area was cramped and the material is close to plastic and doesn't break in easily"

"The first thing I can say is this is probably the best fitting shoe I have ever owned. A very snug fit all around from heel to toe, the only possible thing I can say is that it runs a little tighter than expected in the toe box, but it's quickly forgotten as soon as you start to move in them."

"I use this shoe for weight training and cardio workouts. I've owned many different Free styles and this one is one of the best and unfortunately the only Free style I can find anymore - what happened to all of the others - I really like the 5 and 3. Run's small so buy 1/2 size larger. Super lightweight with just enough support."

"I'm buying this as a replacement to my Livestrong Nike Free 5.0 which I finally ran to the ground and speaks volumes to the durability of the line. This shoe is great for a variety of workouts, indoors & out. The sizing does run small so order a full size up. This shoe is suppose to fit snug so use thin running socks if you need to wear socks. Since there is no support it might take a little getting use to when training so start light. Before using Nike Free I had weak ankles and was prone to sprains. After training with them for awhile I could handle a lot more terrain with no fear."

"Although these shoes claim to mimic barefoot walking, they didn't allow my toes to move in the shallow toe box. They were comfortable for a few hours, and then suddenly my feet were aching. I returned these two days ago and my feet are still sore."

"I received the shoes a few days after my order. Right away I tried them on, and they fitted to large and wide. This was based on the information that the shoe needed to be purchased a 1/2 size larger than my size. In this case I have returned them and ended purchasing another Nike product. They seemed like good comfortable shoes for a variety of activities."
