"I love these shoes so much--they are the only trainers that don't put my feet to sleep and are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can walk for miles with no pain. My only problem is finding stock! I have had my current pair for a few years and have nearly worn them out with constant wear for dog walking, etc. I'm desperate for a new pair and am struggling to find some that aren't fakes, that aren't white, and that are in my size (6.5). Please Nike, make more!"

"I LOVE to run in my Air Rifts. I wish Nike would bring this back under it's running line instead of making it as a strictly casual shoe.
My only problem with this shoe is that because it's not designed as a running shoe, it gives me blisters since I prefer to run without socks.
My other suggestion would be a slightly lower heel-toe drop, and of course better colors!! But I'm sooo happy to see some more normal color waves on this release. I'm waiting for the cashmere and magenta to drop, but think I'll also scoop up a pair of the grey with light blue sole. Tres chic!"

"I dont normally provide a review about a product, but I had to for this shoe. This shoe saved me while I was pregnant. It is so confortable and stylish. Nike needs to consider bringing this shoe out in other colors. If they do I will be purchasing them in all the colors."

"I go to Aerobics and Salsasize classes, and I carry good Nike trainers and split sole dance sneakers in my kit bag so I can wear what is appropriate. Recently I started Zumba classes and well and was looking for a third set of shoes to wear. Then I borrowed my daughter's Air Rifts and could immediately feel they would be a perfect Zumba shoe. But Hey! they are also great for Salsa because they are so flexible on the sole, and also great for aerobics because of the quality in the Nike heel. So I only need one pair of shoes in my kit bag now!"

"By far these are my favorite shoe Nike has ever put out besides the Nike Senorita from the early 80's. But, for the love of all that's fashionable Nike...who is designing the colors? Bring back the Camo & a solid black. Give us some standard colors & designs & I guarantee they'll fly off the shelves, there is an Air Rift cult-like following. Whoever was in charge of the recent silver & gold needs to go (just my opinion). If you make them, we will buy them!"

"I run on trails in Colorado and these are perfect for trail running. They are lightweight and the split toe design allows me to manuever well on very technical terrain. These shoes are not advertised as trail runners, but they should be! I have had 9 pairs now!!! And still my favorite. I just ran the Leadville, CO Trail Marathon, one of the most difficult marathons in the world in these shoes! Everyone comments on how stylish they are as well."

"This shoe runs very short so I am going to try to return it for a larger size. Also the Mary Jane II has been designed to be very uncomfortable. I do not understand why Nike redesigned a really good shoe. My rating of the Mary Jane II is forget it; it is not even a half star."

"I purchased the way cool Oriental Embroidered fabric Air-Rifts back in "03 or '04. Mine were the blue shade. I comfortably wore those shoes way beyond the time they should have been thrown away. I've never found a fashionably suitable replacement and had to settle for the Black Velour model. It's not used nearly as often.
I urge you to consider a 2011 version of the Oriental Embroidery model. If you do, I'll be the first in line to purchase and to sing it's praises publicly.

"i have the orange and yellow, and I love them to death..Mine are sinking in the back. Lol i bought them from my store, and i LOVE them..Only problem is NIke needs to make the socks again. Lol I also have the velour ones and i find them super comfy. I wish they came in a size 5 a 6 is a little big for me, but these are AMAZING. And im 17, who would guess I like these shoes. I love love love to death my rifts."

"I have had two pairs of the air rift and am buying a third. The improvements made to the elastic strap 5ish years ago have made my current pair last for the past, well, 5 years and now I am buying a new pair for variety! These shoes are extremely comfortable and great for everyday wear or cross training. I do not recommend running in them as there is no ankle support. But for eliptical and weights these are my go-to shoes!"

"For years I've warn the Air Rift for both running and everyday wear. I love this shoe and I don't want to wear any others. My first pair was in an awesome earth toned beige. Now Nike continues to make them in these aweful bright colors and shimmery silver and gold. Can we get back to the pleasant earth tones or a simple black without the odd fabrics.?"

"I love this shoes. I had a knee replacemnt and these shoes help me out soooo much with walking. Thay are very comfortable. I got my pair out of a nike outlet and havn't found another pair since. They go great with whatever you wear."
