"Super light, I use them on days I dont want to wear spikes for workouts. very comforatble. Good for anything from 200s to mile reps. So far best racing flat I have owned"

"This is the best racing shoe I've ever tried. Super light yet comfortable. After training in shoes 2-3x its weight, I feel like I have wings on my feet when I put these on exclusively for my races. Never get blisters from these either. I've gone through 3 of these so far. Glad Nike put them back up--hope to see some of the old fancy color patterns back as well. After about 8-10 races I find the sole to get less springy as predicted by the short lifespan of the shoe, but none of my Mayfly's have actually come apart."
